just sayin "hey"... i drive an '05 Silver Spec V w/ about 2800 miles... current mods help the car a lot, the future mods will REALLY help ...i just finished the Tsudo exhaust install. MAN, is the car loud now. It's a good thing most of my neighbors are really old, so they cant hear my car as good, but i really like it now. the car sounded so sissy before the header and exhaust (actually, all exhaust plumbing from the header back is 2.5", versus about 2" stock, so it is flowing better than a room full of rappers). (i know that was lame, but you got have fun in everything you do).. So, if anyone wants to know if the "cheap" stuff from ebay is any good, i think so. havent got it dynoed or anything, but it all has good welds, looks great, and only cost about $500 for totally new exhaust from the engine back. who needs the fancy name. i still have $ in my pocket. if anyone in phoenix area wants/needs help with their spec, or even with fish(i maintain huge fish tanks for a living), just ask. Few questions though. The OBX header, was that the racing header (2 piece) or the standard one piece header? also the stock piping on the spec is around 1.73'', not 2''. But I don't want to be a dick about these things, anyways, welcome again.

Even though I can be anal about details, I will admit that to a degree, several items such as the CAI, dont really matter WHO makes it. Until your pushin that 2.5 to the max, you wont ever realize the minute power gains a brand name will get you. There are some real POS out there, but theyre usually easy to spot and avoid.
